Your systems stay where they are. We connect them.

An automation project that requires you to replace your business management system is a project that will never get off the ground.

We know this because it is the first objection we hear, and it is a reasonable one: replacing a system the company has relied on for years means months of disruption, retraining employees, risks to historical data, and a cost that rarely pays off.

Our approach is the opposite. We replace nothing. Your business management system, CRM, warehouse, e-commerce platform, and corporate email stay exactly where they are and continue to work as they do today. We build the connections between them and the automation layer.

What changes for you

  • No migration, no operational downtime, and no retraining of staff on existing systems.
  • If you decide to replace a system in the future, you only need to change that connection, not the entire automation.
  • The investment is focused and reversible: you can start with a single process and a single system, then expand once you have seen the results.

The level of autonomy is not an on/off switch but a configurable parameter for each type of case: the same process can be fully automated for routine cases and fully supervised for exceptions.

What we connect to

REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, message queues, file transfers via SFTP or EDI formats, and database access where no other channel is available. The choice depends on what the system exposes and how frequently the data needs to be updated: not everything needs real-time processing, and a well-designed scheduled integration is often more robust than a poorly sized real-time one.

Where API documentation does not exist, we reconstruct it ourselves. What we do not do is write directly to databases while bypassing application logic: that shortcut comes at a cost the first time the business management system is updated.

What makes an integration reliable

  • Intelligent retries: failed requests caused by temporary issues are retried with increasing delays, distinguishing transient errors from permanent ones.
  • No duplicate operations: retrying the same operation does not create a duplicate order or transaction.
  • Nothing gets lost: messages that fail permanently are placed in an inspectable queue with the reason for the failure, rather than disappearing into a void.
  • Rate limits respected: the integration layer understands the request limits of downstream systems and does not overwhelm them.

Extensible architecture, not a tangled web of connections

We avoid the proliferation of direct connections between systems: the number of integrations grows exponentially, and every change propagates across the entire network. Our reference architecture uses a mediation layer that isolates the specific characteristics of each system, so replacing an application only affects its connector.

Where systems need to be decoupled, we use events rather than direct calls, with guaranteed delivery and ordering. This allows a slow or temporarily unavailable system to operate without blocking all the others.

Security and traceability

Application authentication with the minimum required permissions, centrally managed credentials that are never stored in the code, and encryption in transit and at rest. Data and processing remain on European infrastructure.

Every case that passes through the integration carries an identifier that follows it throughout the entire chain: answering the question “where did this case stop?” becomes a one-step operation, rather than a manual reconstruction across five different systems.
